The road landscape of northern Greece is a dream. Good grip, varied routes, eingebettet in einmalige Landschaft. After a rest day on the Olympus Riviera, you cycle around the mighty mountain massif and the seat of the gods and be inspired once again by the rugged mountain world of northern Greece. Tour dates and characteristics: 9 countries, from/to Graz approx. 4,300 km. Day 1: Graz (Ö) - Belgrade (SRB) 580 km
Meeting at the agreed starting point near Graz. After einem ersten kurzen Kennenlernen treten wir unsere gemeinsame Reise an. Damit wir unser Ziel-Land Griechenland schneller erreichen, geht es Großteils über die Autobahn Richtung Süden, die erste Nacht verbringen wir in Serbien, in der Hauptstadt Belgrad.
Day 2: Belgrade - Kumanovo (MK) 470 km
We cross Serbia further south und nutzen zu einem Großteil noch einmal die Autobahn um gut voran zu kommen und die stark zersiedelten Gebiete zu umfahren. Zwischendurch wechseln wir aber immer wieder auf die Landstraße, damit es nicht zu fad wird. Nicht weit hinter der Grenze nach Nordmazedonien erreichen wir unser Tagesziel Kumanovo.
Day 3: Kumanovo - Florina (GR) 230-330 km
Bevor wir nach rund 200 km die griechische Grenze erreichen, durchqueren wir Nordmazedonien wiederum auf einem Mix von neuen Autobahnen und Landstraßen. Nach der Ankunft im Hotel am Nachmittag bleibt eventuell noch Zeit für eine erste Runde über kurvenreiche nordgriechische Bergstraßen, as an introduction and preview for the coming winding driving days in northern Greece.
Day 4: Florina - Konitsas (GR) 250 km

Day 5: Konitsas - Parga (GR) 175 km
The next driving day in Greece is a little shorter, as we've already been travelling for a few days. We continue to enjoy the wonderful mountain scenery and the great winding roads until we arrive at the reach our overnight destination on the Ionian Sea in the early afternoon. Tag 6: Parga – Raum Nafpaktos/Patras (GR) 265 km

Day 10: Olympus Riviera - rest day 0 km

Day 11: Olympus Riviera - Kastoria 330 km

We cross Bosnia and Herzegovina from South to north, after another great day of driving we reach our hotel directly on the border to Croatia in Kozarska Dubica, where we spent our last spend an evening together.
Day 15: Kozarska Dubica - Graz (Ö) 310 km

Besondere Hinweise für diese Reise
Eine Reiseschutzversicherung mit Auslandskrankenversicherung inkl. Rückholservice (Ambulanzjet, bzw. Heimtransport) und Unfallversicherung ist Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an der Tour. Zusätzlich ist auch für alle Motorräder eine „KFZ Rückholversicherung“ (z.B.: Schutzbrief) erforderlich. Die Motorräder müssen vor Abreise in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand sein (Reifen!). Technische Hilfe bzw. Ersatzteil-Service bei Pannen oder Schäden ist vor Ort nur eingeschränkt möglich. Eine Panne kann im schlimmsten Fall für den Teilnehmer den Abbruch der Tour und die eigenständige Rückreise nach sich ziehen.
